Twice, they did not, and both times I walked down there the 2nd time, they DID remake my hoagie but it shouldn't take twice to ask. It's not good, unfortunately, that I had to keep asking imo.... Other than that, it would be basically fine. It's a national chain of pizza and sandwiches you know, it's not brain surgery!

Sometimes the pizza is good sometimes its so bad. Also I ordered at 9:30 pm the pizza was here at almost 11 and it was almost cold. And there is no benefit of calling the store cause they’ll say return the old pizza and we’ll make a new one and then deliver pizza at 1. This store has become horrible these days too many mistakes and the late delivery. I’m really really disappointed.
