  I used the App and what a mess. We got 2 blizzards after a 45 min wait. Several people who walked in after we had been waiting the whole time in the designated parking spot walked back out with their orders. Finally they came out with the 2 blizzards. Do not use the app . Poor management and ownership

  This is the best DQ in the greater Dayton area ! The staff is always super kind and polite. The food and ice-cream is always on point.. I have been here dozens of times... they never mess up my order. The store is super clean.. the restrooms are clean. And from what I have seen the kitchen looks spotless. This is the DQ to go too..

  Waited more than 30 min on my mobile order that should’ve been ready. When they did bring it I was cold and missing half the order and I had to wait another 10 min! I watched a white female worker with short brown hair change trash, set it by the door then go straight inside and touch order bags without washing her hands. I told another worker ant the window and he seemed bothered I told him. This place needs to do better.

  Drove an extra 15 minutes to this Dairy Queen since the one in my local area is terrible. I will be adding this one to the list as well. I ordered a blizzard with extra cheesecake all the way through it. After waiting in line for several minutes, I get my blizzard and there was no cheesecake inside of it. I called before heading home to inform them that there was no cheesecake in my dessert, even though I had paid for it. I spoke with Haley, the manager who said that she would remake it and bring it to my car. Haley remade the blizzard and brought out the same exact thing I had before I called to make the complaint. I proceeded to call and ask Haley if she put cheesecake in my blizzard and she proceeded to tell me “it gets really blended up so you can’t tell it’s in there.“ I informed her that I wish I have been made aware of this. The first time I called because I would’ve asked for a refund. She let me know that they do not keep the cheesecake frozen, which was odd to me because I’ve received the same blizzard from other Dairy Queen’s and could absolutely taste the cheesecake. For some reason, Haley was very annoyed at my complaint because our conversation ended with her hanging up on me. I’ve decided I just will not be revisiting any Dairy Queens due to the absolutely terrible service that seems to be universal these days.
