Stopped by Crossroad Biryani & Grill during a road trip from Michigan to Atlanta and it was a good food find along the way. The biryani and pulav were both really flavorful and well made great use of spices and cooked just right, definitely worth stopping for if you’re in the area. Service was a bit slow and could use improvement. If you’re driving through and craving Indian food, it’s worth the stop!

I visited Crossroad Biryani for lunch and placed my order at 11:15 AM. As I write this, it’s 12:14 PM, and I’m still waiting for my food. The most disappointing part isn’t just the long wait—it’s the repeated assurances of “5 more minutes” or “10 more minutes,” which kept getting extended.
What made the experience more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy during this time. If a particular dish genuinely takes around an hour to prepare, that’s completely understandable. Just be upfront about it when taking the order so customers can decide whether they want to wait or choose something else.
Clear and honest communication goes a long way. It’s much better to say, “This dish will take about an hour,” than to repeatedly promise “5 more minutes” when that’s not the reality. I hope the management improves transparency with wait times, as it would make the overall customer experience much better.

Had a bad experience with this joint. Ordered Gutti Vankaya Biryani through Uber Eats and ended up getting Shrimp Biryani instead. I’m allergic to shrimp, so this was really careless. Tried calling them but no one picked up. Uber Eats didn’t provide a full refund for the biryani either. Highly disappointed.
Update: I threw away the receipt. But it had Gutti Vankaya Briyani printed on it.
