  One woman in particular works here and I have had a negative encounter with here a few different times. Folks like this shouldn’t work with the general public! RUDE AND HATEFUL

  My mom and I ordered 2 roast beef doubles. I asked the young lady for Arby’s and ketchup. She gives 3 Arby’s packets… for 2 roast beef doubles. Am I supposed to share a packet with my mom?? So I kindly ask for more Arby’s packets. She says “I PUT SOME IN THE BAG” and grabs more aggressively with her 3 in nails. I come through here and spend nearly 30 dollars on TWO meals. Maybe I wanted 15 sauces. In no universe is 3 enough for two sandwiches. She was very rude.

  Ginger girl at the front with the nails has a deplorable attitude. Was quiet so quiet I could barely hear her ordering. We ordered a jamocha shake, but the one we received looked like straight vanilla. Me and my sister both taste it, there is no jamocha in it, and if there was it was the absolute bare minimum. We go inside and try to explain. She keeps telling us no it's jamocha it's fine and just dismissing us. she looks at my sister and says "well I can make you a vanilla shake and show you the difference" like girl are you serious? Just an unfriendly vibe all around and we even complimented her nails at the window. I revoke my compliment and hope she carries on with a positive vibe from now on.
