I ordered a Reuben sandwich, but when I bit into it, I realized it had regular dry roast beef instead of corned beef and no thousand island dressing. So it was just a sauerkraut and roast beef sandwich with no sauce. It would be nice if they let you know that they are missing key ingredients when you pick your food up and offered to make you something else instead. Don't think I'll go back here again.

Only thing worse than the service was the roast beef. Got a double and i ate a quarter of it. was the worst looking, and tasting arbys ive ever had. the meat was sliced thick and crusty on the edges, the filler in the meat was nasty looking. Walked in to an empty restaurant, including someone behind the cash register to take an order. after waiting, someone appeared, but nothing was said, no hello, no can i take your order, just standing there in silence. should have left then. it just got worse by ordering and paying for "food". what a terrible saturday food run

Went through the drive thru and the ladies were super nice and smiling and had such great energy. The food was prepared very nicely and the energy all around was great!
