    My experience at this location has been nothing but a great one. The food, service and the atmosphere is asymmetrical never had a bad experience ! Thank you Mr. Jackson and the crew ! 💓 p.s I eat here practically everyday

    I came in to pick up my web order (Turkey Tom) that I received for free from my loyalty rewards. Young man said it will be ready in a minute. After driving across town to make it home, I cut it and low and behold the *Turkey Tom* was Turkey -less. I tried contacting the restaurant from the number on my receipt, no answer and they were still open. I googled the store and found a different number, phone kept disconnecting. How do you make a sandwich and forget the meat? I will be back tomorrow to receive my free meal. It's just sad that I made it all the way home (25 minutes away) to be disappointed. I can't even rate in so pissed off.

    Who is this Jackson fella, very obnoxious, loud, aggressive. Why is this tempermental person in front. I had the worse experience in my life with going to a fast food restaurant. This young man had the audacity to yell out he would call the police if I didn't step to the back of his line after waiting 20 minutes patiently and accusing me of using profantity, no such thing. I would love for the owner to roll back the footage and see my body language along with my postive demeanor. I wanted to add cheese to my sandwich and was told to get back in line and wait another 20 minutes, and because I asked him if he was having a bad day and why would I have to start all over again, why dismiss me. I pointed my finger and asked him like what the heck dude, he immediately told me to get out of his restaurant "his restaurant" before he get me on tresspassing. Do you know I thought he was joking at first. I couldn't fanthom why he got aggressive with me in front of a lobby full. His attitude was horrible. I'm sure when the owner is around he put on his best face, but behind the owners back he acts like he has power but don't poses good customer service skills. Him shouting I'm calling the police in which he stated multiple times because I wanted to get a refund but he wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise bullish behavior is not acceptable. Jimmy Johns you only been in the neighborhood under a year. I've been in Euclid the majority of my life even owning propertities in my city. I've never ever been treated like a criminal over a sandwich or asked to leave an establishment. I'm always giving and welcomed. Do something about the poor customer service named "Jackson" and Jimmy Johns very well could become a staple to our community.

    My first time at the Euclid 260th location was great. Fast service good customer service and fresh. So hungry that Day walked straight through to Dunkin Donuts

    Their DoorDash is on while they’re closed so it lets you put a order in even when they’re closed. I just wasted $40.
