When I asked for a key, I was told that all three restrooms were for employees only. Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor customer service and cleanliness.

CORPORATE WAS DEFINITELY CONTACTED. I’m never rude when I order food I’m always polite, but whoever was responsible for that treatment don’t deserve to be in food service. Check yall bags before leaving and check your food, BETTER YET DONT ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION.

We didn’t know if they had the order or if we should pull up. Pulled up and an employee was at the window and she said a different name. We said no and said the right name. So the speaker interaction was pointless. Then they were out of something so another manager came and asked if we wanted this instead. Said we wanted this and they still did not get that right. The manager that handed me the jelly gave the wrong jelly because she was too busy with her phone conversation. They also did not spread the cream cheese. We spent $27 to get bad service and missing items unacceptable we will not be returning to this location
