- PRP RAug 29, 20261.0I ordered a coffee from the app as a walk-in pickup. It was early in the afternoon and the doors were locked when I got there. I could see employees sitting in the dining area. Eventually someone came to the door and told me to wait at the drive thru window. The app told me that my order could be delayed because they were busy. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE. While waiting, cars started gathering at the drive thru I was standing at. After a long wait, I finally got my coffee, which was just about room temperature. If this is how they operate, I think they should replace the manager or shut it down. Also, the exterior area of the place was filthy.

- AWAndrew WrightJul 11, 20262.0We continue to visit this Dunkin’ because it’s close to our home, and our son loves the ham and cheese croissants and donuts. Getting him to eat protein can be a challenge, so having a convenient option he enjoys is a big plus. Unfortunately, the service is consistently inconsistent. The drive-thru line moves very slowly, the staff often come across as unfriendly or indifferent, and it’s common for there to be some issue with our order by the time we reach the window. It’s rare that we get through the drive-thru quickly and without a problem. The lobby is another frustration. If you’re planning to go inside around lunchtime, don’t count on it. The doors are routinely locked after about 11:30 a.m. One day we walked there specifically for lunch, only to arrive a few minutes after the lobby had closed and had to turn around. Another disappointing change was being charged $1 for a cup of ice. In the past, they had no problem handing us a large cup of ice at the drive-thru, so being charged a dollar for what used to be a simple courtesy felt excessive. We keep coming back because of the location and because our son enjoys the food, but if there were another equally convenient option nearby, we’d almost certainly choose it instead. We hope management takes a closer look at the customer service, order accuracy, and lobby hours because this location has the potential to be much better.
