  Great clean place I was greeted with smiles from everyone my coffee was made perfectly atmosphere was very chill it was a lady with a Jackson 5 Afro that made my coffee excellent she was very upbeat and energetic now every time I enter this location I will be looking for her

  Ok. I've never really left a review on a chain restaurant like this but I seriously had to speak on this. The staff was absolutely incompetent and took 30 minutes for three drinks and two sandwiches like a sit-in restaurant! Of course the food and drinks are always solid because they get a step by step guide on how to not absolutely destroy it with their lack of awareness. I had to be standing at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even decided to come up to me. It also took 3 people and more than 3 minutes to ring out a SINGLE VANILLA FRAPPE. And several minutes of button pushing to get the peanut butter latte (which i made on a separate order) which is clearly on the menu in big bold letters... What? And on top of that I stood there for additional time before they even got curious why I had been standing there still WITH people in line behind me and finally decided to make the peanut butter latte. Then when my sandwiches came out the order was completely wrong and took extra time to get that right. If I could give this location 0 stars I would still yearn with my being to give it even less than that.

  Came at 2pm and sat at the speaker for 3 minutes without ever being acknowledged. No other cars were in line. I pull up to the window and they're just standing around inside.
