  Worst experience was super late for work ordered ahead of time still waiting 20 minutes before I spoke up. Then my order was wrong but since I was late I just took it. Will not return only visited due to my location remodeling

  The owners at this Dunkin’ Donuts need to get it together/ help there employees to succeed in making drinks the right way an quickly because lines are extremely long to wait inn an sometimes they don’t even make it correctly while other competitors in the area are more quicker to make the right coffee

  EXTREMELY SLOW LINE Arrived at the drive thru @6:39am with 7or8 cars ahead of me 10 mins later line barely moved, as I got closer to the window to pay i noticed every car at the window was waiting on to pay which is very frustrating. Finally at 6:58 was at the window to pay. I didn't get my 2 ice coffees until 7am which none of the coffees was labeled an both taste horrible they really need to pick up the pace because people do need to get to work on time an drive thru is suppose to be a fast way to get things but clearly not at this one .... LIKE THIS POST IF THIS WAS HAPPENED TO YOU

  Drive thru was super slow. Waited 13 minutes for coffee and another snack. Got the coffee and the other was not ready. I just left it. If I didn’t order online and paid I would have went somewhere else. They need more help in the early morning hours.

  Hello, I was there today 9/12/26 at 12pm! My grand daughter and I stood at the register for a very long time! Employee's walked back and forth never said a word! I asked for the manager and told her the problem and while I was speaking with manager the employee’s were being smart saying, “what she say “ and other comments! They were all young! I go to Duncan Donuts everyday on my way to work , but not this location! Never again, employees were being loud when I left say, “ Bye, Bye! Just rude! There was paper all over the floor and 6 kids playing in the lobby! Don’t stop here very ghetto
