  The people are very pleasant and I have never had an issue with my order. However, there is no sense of urgency. Do not go when there is a line, you'll be waiting over 35 minutes for one coffee. Many customers abandoning the drive-thru line.

  The drive thru window clerk had to ask what I ordered cause the person who took the order got it wrong. The coffee was ok, but the donut was a day old. Dough very dry and tough, and the frosting was hard. Must give the day-olds to drive thru? Out of sight, out of mind? Difficult ordering thru the language barrier.

  I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. If there was ever a Dunkin that should never have been opened it would be this one and everybody knows it. They can never make drinks right and don’t ask if you want whip cream or not. They got little kids that hang out inside the restaurant and outside just running around behind cars. They never have anything and their donuts look sad they can’t even frost them with icing all the way. They burn everything too. They can not get any order correct. Give you a croissant when you want a bagel and vice versa. Sad sad environment. It’s dirty everywhere!! They never change the outside trash I’ve seen the same phone charger hanging out of it for a week now. Sticky dirty tables napkins on the floor. And their bathroom is always so gross I would never even consider using it. Trash is full in the restaurant. Like do your job it’s not that hard lol. Go to any other Dunkin I promise your money is not worth being spent here.

  Ok. I've never really left a review on a chain restaurant like this but I seriously had to speak on this. The staff was absolutely incompetent and took 30 minutes for three drinks and two sandwiches like a sit-in restaurant! Of course the food and drinks are always solid because they get a step by step guide on how to not absolutely destroy it with their lack of awareness. I had to be standing at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even decided to come up to me. It also took 3 people and more than 3 minutes to ring out a SINGLE VANILLA FRAPPE. And several minutes of button pushing to get the peanut butter latte (which i made on a separate order) which is clearly on the menu in big bold letters... What? And on top of that I stood there for additional time before they even got curious why I had been standing there still WITH people in line behind me and finally decided to make the peanut butter latte. Then when my sandwiches came out the order was completely wrong and took extra time to get that right. If I could give this location 0 stars I would still yearn with my being to give it even less than that.
