- MWMelissa Walker6 days ago1.0I waited in line for 20 minutes while on my 30 minute lunch break. Absolutely no communication on why I was kept waiting. Until I hear the employees complaining and swaring how nothing was cooked. They take no pride in servicing their customers. My burrito was completely ripped opened and just thrown in the bag dripping everywhere. Chips are always burned. I am just not sure why after all the reviews this place gets it has not been shut done.

- AYAlyssa YohoMar 11, 20261.0Based on the previous reviews this place just needs to be shut down. I’ve never seen such a messy/dirty chipotle in my life. There was toppings spilled all over the line especially at the to go side, soda everywhere by the machine, napkins everywhere, and food all over the floors. All of the toppings were low and needed replenished. Guac was brown. My rice is way over cooked and crunchy. The side of the line with salsas and sour cream was frozen so the temp isn’t right. I guess at least it was colder than not cold enough but still. I can’t even bring myself to eat my food, I’m so worried i’m going to get food poisoning because who knows how the meat was prepared. Workers clearly don’t care and are rude. Definitely just needs to be shut down.

This is the closest location to our house, so unfortunately, if we order online for delivery, this awful location is where it originates from. The orders are wrong more than 50% of the time, the portions of sides make no sense (Imagine an absurdly large container of salsa with barely enough chips to cover the bottom of the bag). Going in person is a nightmare with how few of the staff are actually working. They stand around and ignore customers. Tonight they mistook guac for queso and I’m just tired of it. I’ve worked different levels of food service. This isn’t rocket science if you put forward a modicum of effort
