  Consistently the best Taco Bell I go to! Like easily the highest quality store from Zanesville to Reynoldsburg. Not sure why the rating is low because this place has absolutely been phenomenal every time I'm here. Seems like it's well staffed and I never have to wait at the drive-thru for someone at the speaker. Quality is good, serving size is good, people are friendly, and the store and parking lot's very clean. Absolutely never had a problem and will continue going here every time! Thanks!

  Someone really needs to reevaluate this location. I’ve gone to this location multiple times since it’s opened and for the last 3 times they have given me the incorrect order or missing items that I paid for. This time I order the fajita fries and of course they had me pull up so the guy hands me the bag and I said I’m missing the fajita nacho fries. He comes out with just nacho fries. Which I’m sure is definitely not the same price. Oh and to top it off it was the same guy who took my order, took my payment and handed me the card but appears he’s under someone else log in unless his name is Isabella.

  I want to like this Taco Bell. It’s very close They have not figured out how to make the soft drinks taste proper yet. Way too much carbonation does not taste like root beer or Pepsi. This is the third time I’ve been here and received Dorito Locos Tacos Supremes, and they look like this. Every time. I’m starting to think the manager needs to be replaced already. It’s really not that hard to give people what they ask for. PS My taco was cracked.
