And all with an attitude. Work counters were filthy. They was using a putty knife to scrape food scraps away and keep working. My bag I left out with was covered in a multitude of scraps like handprint, rice and whatever else as I carried it away. Cyclospora here we come. Not a good chipotle based on this experience. I should have walked off mid burrito. Ive had to do that once before in another town. Ps, follow up…got a response…clicked the link…so you want me to submit a corporate complaint or what? Cause that’s what the link took me to. To submit another bad review in Chipotle Pss, when I finally ate my burrito the lettuce was good. Must have been pre prepared and sent to store. Burrito tasted like lunch meat ham and bell peppers tasted like soaked rubber trash. The girl scraped scraps from the bottom of the bin after I asked if I could wait for a fresh re-up. She did the same with the tomato before replenishing. I’m really surprised I didn’t get sick. I should have trashed and disposed of the burrito. Toxic. Likely many health violations. I never checked the restaurants grade.

The customer service was not existent. Nothing but rudeness from the employees. That is NOT acceptable. As I paid for my meal I told the employee who was running the register “Thank you so much, Have a good night” and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked away. EXCUSE ME?????? I thought that was EXTREMELY rude. How dare you treat a paying customer like that. When I worked at McDonald’s in the early 80s I would have been fired on the spot. As I bit into my burrito I found a long hair in it. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! IS IT THAT HARD TO WEAR A HAIRNET!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING……..I will be calling the corporate office over this……..I will never be returning to this location ever again.
