- MMMegan5 days ago1.0This is my first review on here but I’m so irritated I have to write this!! So I love Chipotle but Do Not go to this location!! I waited in line for over 25 minutes and there were only 8 people on front of me. They had two workers working the line that did not look a day over 15. There was absolutely NO sense of urgency!!! All of us in line thought we were being pranked or something. They needed help but the young manager but did not step in to help move the line along. It was like the young boys had absolutely zero training!!! There was no portion control. They kept asking everyone if they got enough of everything. And it took them 5 mins to wrap a burrito. It was such chaos. Unless you have 25 min or more to waste I would pass on this location!!

Also found a hair in my food 🥲. My mom's bowl had pieces of beef in it when it was only a chicken bowl and parts of her chicken were also burnt. 2nd person was amazing so service is a 4 star for that but the environment vibe wasnt as nice as I remember it being before/there wasnt a lot of friendliness from some staff.

Receipt had my name and order on it, just threw literally whatever in the bag. Worst chipotle in the area in my opinion and they take no consideration of the amount of people on lunch order/go in to get food. I'd just close this location if I was chipotle its garage.
