  Manager working Friday night 4/17/26 when I had a complaint about receiving the wrong food decided instead of trying to fix the issue just said I issued you a refund on the pizza that was screwed up. OK well are you gonna send someone out with the remake... no you can come back and get it or pay us for delivery!! Umm yall screwed up my food so if I drive 20 min back to get it then I'll bring it all back and you can remake the whole order then..apparently he didn't like that so he said no not doing it I gave a refund on the one pizza oh well if can only feed part of your family basically that's my problem, i asked for the distict manager number was told its online and hung up on me!!!! Last time me or anyone I know will ever visit this place again and that manager should be fired. Would love to be contacted by a real manager of this place not some punk who thinks can have an attitude and not hang up and piss of paying customers. Hope he loses his job and learns how to be a manager.

  This location does not answer its phone so I have no way to contact anyone here without driving up there, after I paid delivery fee AND tip. Received incorrect order tonight 4/11/26. I want a refund for my order. I am not paying $30 for the wrong order. I will take this review down when this issue is resolved.

  This place is definitely going down hill. Made a frozen pizza because I couldn’t eat it. Never ordering from this place again. Frozen pizza was way better. Or just go to Walmart in the fresh department for 12 dollars and it’s way bigger and you can feed a family instead of spending the big bucks for junk.

  The pizza was more than 40 minutes late and cold. When I called to let them know, nobody picked up at the store. Very disappointing.

  I ordered online and the delivery was by a Pizza Hut employee not DoorDash. I told the girl that we were missing an order of wings. She said she would tell the manager when she got back to the store which she did not do. After she left I opened the pizza to serve to my mother. It was the wrong pizza. I ordered a supreme with no mushrooms and it was just pepperoni and mushrooms. I began trying to call the store for 30 mins. No one ever answered. I drove the pizza back to the store myself and talked to the manager. He instructed employees to make my new pizza next and to drop my wings. An hour later and I was still waiting with several other customers. One employee was cussing and using the F word and nothing was said to her about it by the manager. I understand it’s a holiday but to be standing there for an hour to get my order corrected was not good service at all. I finally told the manager that I wanted a refund which I did get. There were serveral other customers that had also been waiting over an hour for their food. It was a terrible experience and I will never order from Pizza Hut again which sucks because we love it but this particular store needs work on service and how to treat customers as well as the foul language being used.
