  I make weekly online orders with the Englewood store because I work as a corrections officer in Downtown Dayton on 3rd shift, due to the nice breakfast menu and healthy food items I order at around 6am and pick up my order @ 7:30AM. For the last 2 months either my favorite items are sold out or not included with my order. Then calling to get a refund from the store can take up to 2 weeks. This is very stressful for me because I am a diabetic and must stick to a regular meal routine. Sad service from a once great restaurant.

  Grilled cheese? Or a cheese sandwich? What a disappointment. The bread wasnt on that pan for less than 2 seconds each side. I get not wanting to over cook a grilled cheese but never have I had a place undercook one. What a joke. Wife convinced me to finally eat this place after years of never touching it and I’m not even shocked this was the result.

  ⸻ I placed an order and the bagels were completely undercooked—honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. They were basically raw. I called the restaurant and was told they were “fully cooked,” which is simply not true. This isn’t even the first issue I’ve had here. A few weeks ago I ordered a sandwich and it was thrown together carelessly, with everything just shoved into the bag with no effort or presentation at all. The customer service is consistently poor, and the quality is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They clearly do not take pride in their food or know how to properly prepare or present simple orders.

  I come here every day to get a sandwich. For the first time, they were out of onions and pickled onions at the same time, and they had no chips!!!! $11 for a sandwich that I couldn't even enjoy today. Highly upset!!!! I might not come back here for a while.

  Arrived at 7:00 AM on Saturday expecting the location to be open, as the website indicates Saturday hours. However, all the doors were locked and there were no signs of activity or posted notices explaining a delay or closure. This was frustrating, especially after planning my morning around stopping here. I ended up going to Starbucks next door instead.
