  Live dunking donut, but the staff start shutting down equipment before close and dumping stuff. If the sign on the door says 8pm, that's when you start closing equipment.

  This place can never get an order right. Everytime we go, drinks are made in the wrong size and/or the wrong drink all together, and the donuts are never what we ask for. The only thing thats never been wrong is the sandwich we order. I know its not only me because my in laws who were here visiting also had their order completely messed up. Today, our coffees were made in the wrong size *and* the wrong drinks all together, we had that fixed at the drive thru only to come home and find that our 2 donuts, boston creme and jelly filled, were plain no-icing donuts. I dont even know how these people manage to screw up your entire order, time and time again. Today's excuse for the messed up coffee was that the girl had "been at the window for 8 hours".. truly unbelievable.

  I asked for two medium cloud lattes with oatmilk. The girl who was taking orders proceeded to tell me that lattes were made with real milk. The definition of lattes doesn’t specify a specific milk. I posted it for her below.

  Great service! They "double-teamed" my walk-in order. I needed some coffee break snacks, in a hurry, and the staff was flying around each other to get my order finished! Smiling, laughing, bumping into each other and having a great day at work! Not complaining at all about a big order. I'll use this location again and again!!!!

  Ordered half a dozen donuts on door dash. When the dasher got there they said it was unavailable. How is a dunkin donuts out of donuts? How incompetent do you have to be? It's in the name. I hope this location goes out of business.
