  this chipotle has got to be the worst one in ohio. i went on 5/16 and the service was awful, extremely long wait. the line was to the door. when i got up there they were out of almost half of their inventory and SPOONS. the rice was hard and the chicken had so much fat in it i had to toss multiple pieces. then they charged me for honey chicken when i got regular chicken, which i didn’t even notice until i got to my car, but at that point i was not going back into that place.

  My partner came in and ordered 2 burrito. When the worker was making our food I notice he was as mixing white and brown rice together when he would scoop up rice. Not only that he stopped mid way into rolling our burrito and walked away he then came back after having another employee make it sloppy, to whip the counter down with a dirty rag. He then made my burrito on top of a mast counter that have sour cream/ water mixture on it from a previous customer… while rapping it he dropped half of my filling on the floor trying to wrap the food. Now I’m here with a stomach ache because of bad, dirty service & environment.

  The worst chipotle in the city. Never has anything! Stood in line for a good 15 minutes to find out they don’t have steak. It’s 2pm. Why wait until everything is gone to start cooking more. Just dumb

  I've been to multiple Chipotle in Ohio and across the nation, and this is the worst one!! I don't know how you are still open. I ordered a bowl, and it looked like someone ate half of it, the rice is under cooked (hard), and there's more food on the floor than in the bins.. I have to drive 20min to Huber Heights to have a decent meal from your company. Sad!!

  I visited this location yesterday and had a really disappointing experience. The wait was long, and when I got home, my rice was undercooked. Even worse, I found an unknown object in my bowl, which was very concerning and made me lose my appetite completely. Food quality and safety should be a priority, and this experience did not meet expectations at all. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their standards. UPDATE: I truly appreciate Chipotle Englewood for reaching out and resolving the situation so quickly. Thank you for taking the time to make this right I’m grateful for the care and customer service.
