  Visited this Chipotle, today. The entire staff was rude. The young lady asked who in the line wanted Chicken. Several people raised their hands. She never explained what was going on, or anything. She called the one lady up that didn’t want Chicken. Then after waiting 5 more minutes. Another young lady just was like what what you getting? No, can I help you or anything. My grand daughter said she wanted Chicken, she threw her bowl to the side, they charged for stuff that we didn’t order. The counters were nasty. Everybody had an attitude.

  Poor review after poor review of this place, and my experience was no different. Ordered on the app, scheduled pickup time was 6:10, showed up on time, stood at the pickup counter forever without being acknowledged by staff. Finally received my food at 6:45. Worst service I have ever had ANYWHERE in my entire life.

  Slowest Chipotle location I’ve ever seen. Line out the door. 7 staff members, only one serving customers, lol. 30 minutes for a burrito with only 6 people in front of me.. Needs new management.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Englewood is by far still the worst location. Is there a manager that works that location? Never seen one. The place is filthy. Like should be shut down by the health department. Absolutely atrocious. Serving raw chicken and hard rice. On top of the disgusting place, the cashier today with shorter faded red hair had a the worst attitude ever. Slamming things. Literally rolling her eyes at customers or ignoring them. Very unprofessional. This place should be shut down for real.

  This is one of the worst chipotle restaurants I have been to in the Dayton and beavercreek area. I was served rotting lettuce (to the point I had black juices in both of bowls from the lettuce!!!) and undercooked rice. The line was completely disgusting, even with four worker on the assembly line. The last worker in line rolled her eyes when I requested vinaigrette. 2 of them 1 for each bowl. That isn’t an unrealistic request for the attitude that was received. When greeted at check out the cashier asked for payment, I tap paid with my bank card and was told my payment didn’t go thru. I got the notification from my bank that payment cleared. He continued to ask for me to re try my payment. At this time I asked for the manager who happened to be right beside him. The managers response was it doesn’t matter what your bank shows our system doesn’t show it and continued to prompt me to tap my payment again. I understand no circumstance was giving my payment again due to the money was already taken from my account! I won’t waste my money at a restaurant who doesn’t have a regard to the food they are feeding their customers.
