  This is by far the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. The people working here are extremely rude and have 0 customer service skills. They act like you asking them to do their job is a huge inconvenience. The workers here are extremely lazy and the line is always extremely dirty looking. The wait line is often to the door because only one person is usually actually working and everyone else is playing with their friends. This place is hated by the community and needs corporate to come check it out. Will not be coming back.

  I have been to this exact location twice and have had the same horrible experience .Every-time I walk all the tables are really dirty and all the workers are just standing there.I never have gotten a friendly greeting when I walked in .I was even at the front of the line waiting to order and for some reason the guy who was working there pretended I wasn’t there and was wiping the hot table. To top it all of after standing there awhile this girl( who is probably the same girl that is mentioned multiple times in these reviews) came over and I start to order. She looks over to the worker next to her and says she can’t hear me and walks away. The last thing I need to mention is everything looked as if it hasn’t been filled in awhile.the customer behind me left when I left to and told me she shares my same belief. At the end of the day all the people who are working there obviously does not care about food quality or customer service.

  This has to be the slowest chipotle ever one person was working the line making the whole order. There are multiple others “working” just standing around or hiding in the back. I was 4th in line and it literally took me 20 minutes to get my order completed and paid for. Makes no sense when I was trying to have a quick lunch if you have the time to spare go ahead and wait here if not try making a reservation because you are going to need it. Terrible time management and zero self awareness at this location.

  I wish I could have took a picture but I was sooooo upset that I took the bowl inside to request it to be made over. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHIPOTLE. 1. My order was to be done at 6pm. 2. I get there at 6:05 and ask is my order ready. The young lady at the counter said no but there is one person ahead of you. 3. There are 6 people waiting next to me for online orders and are upset. 4. Now the time is 6:30p and 10 people have now got orders from online so I go back to the counter and ask is my order ready. Another lady tells me the order for “ Jasmine” has already been picked up. I told the lady “I’m Jasmine” and I’ve been waiting this whole time “Nothing was picked up” 5. The Second Lady said she will remake the bowls. I get the bag and go to my car to check my food. 6. YALL THIS IS WHERE EVERYTHING WENT LEFT! 7. My 2 bowls both had almost half of the bowl missing. So I take it back inside and show them. The lady who made the bowls looks me dead in my eyes to ask what’s wrong with them. 8. I had extra corn, extra cheese, and extra sour cream. 9. NONE OF THOSE “extra ingredients “ were in the bowl. 10. I asked for a refund and another employee comes who is the manager. I showed him the bowls and he ACTED as if nothing was wrong. 11. I got so upset and asked to get the bowls made I don’t of me. 12. AND WHAT HAPPENS…. My BOWLS MYSTERIOUSLY ARE MADE THE WAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MADE! 13. 50 minutes later and I finally get to eat.

  Although MEXICAN food is excellent & so delicious made! And worth eating. Some workers hired are not keeping up with the food that's been sitting there hours and should be replaced with newer bins than just leaving until its almost empty. Its lazy workers that do not change for newer and tastier food instead of keeping them there until overcooked or emptied out or just old. Don't blame the Mexicans because I didn't see none. Blame the lazy workers that were hired that are not doing a good job. Compared to Mexicans that always do a good job. And making it seem that Mexican food is bad. That's my experience eating there. But Chipotle was always been good to me.
