  Laughing in the intercom, don’t know what’s on a sandwich, then 2 people speaking over the intercom at the same time. I asked for potato cakes instead of curly fries for my meal and they charged me extra and didn’t substitute. I didn’t realize till after I got my receipt and asked for a refund and said they don’t do refunds. I said your good and pulled away and manager wanted to act cocky and say smart things back to me. Yall suck, no wonder why yall don’t do refunds LOL will never be coming back here. Worst arbys I’ve ever been to.

  Only because they're remodeling the front of the store and there's no sitting down because of it. That's the only reason that the atmosphere got it for because these people looked out for me. They actually asked if I wanted ketchup for my potato cakes!
