  The food is always delicious for the most part, but you need employees that have a sense of urgency. Line wrapped around the building and workers are outside talking and the ones that were inside are moving like cold syrup and they're all seeming like it's the norm. That's not a good look.

  THE SERVICE WAS SO RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. I KNOW THE FOOD IS INEXPENSIVE BUT A 50 MIN WAIT FOR AN ORDER AT A FAST FOOD CHAIN IS AWFUL. I WILL NEVER RETURN

  Me and my brother from Denver pulled through and got shown nothing but love. Shoutout to Jenaine (if I got the name right) — solid energy, respectful, genuine, and just a good person. She made sure the food was fresh and told us she works mornings and shows that same love to everybody. You don’t run into people like that anymore 💯🔥⚡️ Much love.

  Worst I ever had started with the wait almost 45 before I could order them the lady with the nasty raspy voice instantly says I’m alone so y’all gone have to wait and be patient before we even said a word. Then she proceeds to do one order at a time , ok. After all that still cool. Then food comes out trash she forgets lettuce tomato on our burgers forgot Philly bites and food was shit ICE COLD.

  The employees ALL have shitty attitudes. I went through the other night for a DoorDash pick up and was told to pull to the other window (toward the parking lot) to get off the timer. We sat there for 10 minutes, as the car parked in the lot hot boxed and stunk it to the heavens. I mean it seriously smelled like Jamaica in my car. Just to watch the employees get out of the car and go inside including the girl wearing the headset that told us to pull around. I mean seriously? I live a few blocks away and decided to grab food there today and they gave me raw bacon on my burger. I’ve had better service at steelyard Walmart honestly.
