  It seems Pizza Hut has discontinued their sandwiches, which is all I ordered for several years. Over the years, they changed and weren't as good as what they used to be. I used to day manage a local store many years ago and made lots of them personally. I no longer care for their pizza, it, too has gotten worse in my opinion. I feel that the sauce is too spicy, the taste and quality of the pepperoni isn't good anymore. It's also too spicy. So, the "Supremo" sandwich was my go-to. Aside from not having their actual creamy Italian dressing (which also has changed over the years), I do know how to make my own. They have lost a customer. Be aware that if your local PH lists ground beef as one of the toppings, there's a good chance that you are being misled. When I managed my store, there was no such item. Pork sausage was used EVERY time instead.

  Craved a slice, ended up eating and entire pizza. This Hut is the best of what you remember about Pizza Hut. Excellent hand tossed pizza

  I wanted to leave a review for Courtney, who I’ve seen working at both the North Ridgeville and Sheffield Village Pizza Hut locations. Every time my boyfriend and I pick up our food and she’s there, she makes the experience better. She’s always so kind, asks all the right questions, and makes sure everything is perfect before we leave. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it doesn’t feel like she’s just going through the motions. It’s rare to come across someone that consistently positive and welcoming. She always leaves a great impression, and honestly, she deserves a raise.

  Ive been to this location a number of times & its pretty busy but the wait times are not as bad as they could be! I highly recommend trying their $10 box you get a personal size pizza with traditional bone in wings flavor of your choice. My go-to is always BBQ! It Makes for the perfectly filling lunch!

  Very dirty from doors, windows, floors, womens bathroom (no TP either). NO SERVER, order at the counter then sit down. NO WATER for table service only bottles. Please do better.
