  My boyfriend and I came in today and ordered after being out in the heat all day. When the woman called our order I walked up to get it and put my hand out and she was holding onto it looking between the 2 of us and said “is this his” I said “yes that’s ours” and her response was “hell nah” and as we were walking out he heard her say “you don’t see that often”. We are a biracial couple and I feel as if we were racially profiled.

  Just picked up subs that were perfect made and I want to say that the team working tonight a nice lady mgr and two young men did a fantastic job with my order and their service level was awesome!! Excellent service is everything and i appreciate the team working tonight! Great job Jimmy John's!!!

  Hands down the best fast food around here. Their sandwiches are always fast, consistently good and super friendly service. I occasionally get their day old bread for sandwiches im making at home. They always hook me up with good bread! I love this place.
