    I ordered a chicken bacon ranch toasted cut in half. It wasn't toasted, there was no chicken on it, and it wasn't cut in half. I even til when I'm picking it up. Happens way to often will never shop their again. This is an Elyria problem!

    Ordered for pickup. Sandwich was not correct, missing condiments, and was not cut. I am pregnant so this honestly made me cry. I threw the sandwich away and had to get food elsewhere.

    Food was good but waited at the drive thru for five minutes for a mobile order without a response. Had to park and go inside to get it.
