Earlier today me and the family stopped in to get some coffee , we ordered our coffee and the girl in the window gave us the wrong coffee so I pulled around to the front of store and exited my vehicle to go inside and have them remake the coffee , I was a little bit angry when I walked in I can admit because you know this Dunkin can never get there orders correct , meanwhile why the young gentleman is remaking the correct coffee the shift lead Christina I believe is her name had some rather few choice words to say to me the customer , let’s also note the entire time I was inside the store you could her talking to with out employees trying to get them to say that she was in the right , she called me multiple names and during the interaction and also decided to follow me to my car that had my family inside of it all because I told her to pay attention to job and to what the customers are saying, this so called “shift lead “ who is supposed to lead by example and set an example for the other young kids / employees working there , the shift lead and several other staff member followed me to my vehicle and make threats towards me and my family , even what as far as taking a picture of my car and my license plate as if the cameras didn’t capture that when I pulled into the parking , Christina the shift lead likes to threat Dunkin’ Donuts customers by saying “wait here for my husband “ “wait til my husband gets here “ I honestly absolutely can not believe that Dunkin’ Donuts would condone such behavior and let someone like that with that nasty of an attitude be a “shift lead” , I really hope this Dunkin’ Donuts takes some action on the incident that happened earlier today, I can’t wait to see what corporate has to say about this

After two failed attempts of getting into the parking lot, I finally was able to enter. The line was so long and NOT moving. I gave up and left! I've heard how slow these people are but still was going to give them a chance. All in all, terrible plan for this location/entrance location. And too long of a wait for a coffee!
