  The pizza here is always so good and i swear it’s even better than the other domino stores i’ve been to. The pizzas are always made perfectly with just the correct amount of ratio and cooked perfectly in the oven. The people on the phone are always so king and willing to help if needed. Will be a regular here from now on, thank you.

  Why did you take away chestnut commons branch from my area? I live .7miles away from chestnut and 3miles from west river and now my delivery wait time went from average 20-30mins to well over an hour every single time. With cold food and mistakes I never used to get. Watching my delivery driver spend 30 mins going the opposite way on the map(taking a delivery into lorain) each time is incredibly annoying. I loved the store on chestnut. Best pizza shop around. So fast, kind, and accurate. Piping hot and fantastic. Those guys kick ass and know your name. It is a super shame to be told I can't get my za from them anymore cuz corporate made a very bad choice in my opinion. I've already decided against ordering domino's at least 4 and now today 5 times sinply because I can't choose the clearly better branch. And to be fair it might not be simply a bad branch but it's a inefficient setup to have them handle south lorain and south elyria. Please for the love of za...fix this terrible decision 😢

  They started out strong, but the last several orders we have placed have been subpar. Its worth the drive to pick up from a different location.

  Food was Disgusting & disappointing. First they got my order wrong, then I found a hair in my pizza. The manager I spoke to was gonna give me food until I told him to forget it, I want my money back!! The manager then gave the phone to a guy or girl tbh I cldnt tell the difference. Who was very rude may I add, very disrespectful. The person said they was gonna listen to the call I had with the young lady that took my order who got it completely wrong. Go ahead LISTEN to it, I hope they Do, that way they can feel stupid!! Yes I’m pist I lost out on money & the person I spoke to was literally calling me a liar. I’m too grown to lie, especially about this bullshit. $42 dollars gone! NEVER AGAIN will I order from them! HORRIBLE.

  Customer service is solid for issues. We used to be apart of the Sheffield location though which somehow consistently had orders to us faster and hotter despite this dominos being quicker to walk to then drive to... this is after 3-4 delivery attempts.
