I could not even eat my guac I threw it away. Cooks should be taste testing their finished product. I worked for this company for 4 years in every position. This is consistent inconsistency, if I'm spending 62 dollars on 3 meals I want what I pay for. Also when the line worker asked the cook to put steak on, he told her no she could wait with a massive attitude. She was only trying to do her job, and was frustrated with him as she should be.

Ive seen so many upset customers leave. I would think they lose more money by not having food rather than having it. Bout ready to go to another chipotle because this is ridiculous 🙄 Any rate, the food - never got it Service they did tell me, although the kid was not confident is his answer Atmosphere I guess is avg I feel bad for the manager that has to deal with this, I know the regional managers and up dont care, but they should.
