My husband and I went out for dinner last night around 8:30pm to this establishment and were VERY disappointed. My check number was #40022. The teenage waitress (who I know now as Lillis because of my receipt) never introduced herself. Waited a few minutes to be greeted with “what you guys drinking?” No ‘hello’, no ‘welcome in, my name is..’, nothing. I couldn’t tell you any of their names either, including my server cause she not only didn’t introduce herself, but NOT ONE of the five people I saw working last night on the floor had a name tag on. My husband and I were making bets on which employees were high and how high they were. We sat over in the 400’s area in the front bar section. I used to work there about five years ago and if I remember right, it was table 404. The little corner half booth, half table. The place was not busy for a BOGO day at all. There were maybe four other tables in the front area and one in the back cause the bartender didn’t want to take tables. Our server took our drink orders and appetizer orders (mozzarella sticks and basket of cheese curds with caramel sauce) at the same time. We sat there for about 10-12 minutes without anything afterwards. Our server ignored us, our apps came out first, then we got our bar drinks, she forgot the caramel sauce I asked for twice and never brought it. Only apologizing about it when she came to inform my husband they were out of the new chili sauce he wanted and she had an ‘oh shit’ moment. I told her forget about the sauce cause we were almost done with them anyway. She delivered our food and checked on us once, before she disappeared for 30 minutes, our appetizer dishes were never cleared away, she never asked about drink refills or if we wanted another bar drink, never asked us if we wanted boxes we had to stop her from walking away AGAIN and ask for them, she never stayed at the table long enough for us to even ask her for anything. She checked on us two to three times each time leaving as soon as we answered her and never got to ask her anything. The manager never did table touches like she’s supposed to either so we never got to talk to her either. We ended up getting so fed up that by the time we left we didn’t want to and just agreed to never come back. We will never dine in here again. You’ll be lucky if we even order take out from here. This establishment has gone so far down hill that as a former employee, I was embarrassed. Way to expensive for the experience we received. If you’re considering going here. Don’t. Unless you want to be ignored the whole time, or have your server disappear on you, the servers don’t smile, have short attitudes, and seem rude. I’m actually relieved y’all never hired me back after trying to come back three separate times. This place is clearly a starter job. 👎🏻👎🏻 Embarrassing.

Got a 30 bone in wing order for dine in. Arrived cold to the table. Notified the waitress about the issue and waited over half an hour for something to be done while other tables were issued their orders and issues corrected while staff seemed confused about what to do with the order. Will not recommend family or fellow coworkers that work for the state of ohio to visit this establishment

Me and my husband went out to the Buffalo Wild Wings located Midway Boulevard. We were served cold, stale-tasting food, our server was rude and served this group of 8 boys near us who came in 20 minutes after us their food before we were even given our drinks. We had to repeatedly get up and get someone to give us our food and drinks. The food was cold and tasted old like it was sitting for a while. I wouldn't suggest coming here, terrible wait times, bad service, and the food didn't even make it better. We would've gotten a refund but we had to rush to leave since we were waiting so long. We gave since contacted them asking for a refund.

This restaurant needs to close, this is a horrible representation of BWW. We walked in 10 minutes after the NFL started. The restaurant was only half full. I later learned that most of the people in the restaurant were there for the draft and had been there for a while. We waited 30 minutes to get a table and then we waited 45 for our drinks. Our waitress said that she had to run food. She was allegedly running food for 45 minutes. Our dinner arrived at the 2 hour mark.

If I could leave no stars I would. Today is my son’s birthday so I decided to invite the family out to dinner. We got there at 6:00 and before you know it, it’s 6:50 and we still haven’t gotten our drinks. Our waitress continuously walked past us without saying anything and all we ordered were a few beers and water. Didn’t know it takes 50+ minutes for that.
