  This is a really nice location, But I could not give them five stars because it is not uncommon for them to mess up your order. When you go back through to get it corrected, they always apologize and promptly get you the right order, but it is frustrating to have to do that. Otherwise, a full five stars for this location.

  This McDonalds is a disaster. The most dysfunctional ran restaurant I ever been too. No Leadership, No training and No urgency to fix. Don't waste your time. Management is pathetic, beat me out of $25 refused to give it back after contacting corporate. Untrained and Unprofessional GM told me I had to prove it. When I did... nothing happened she walked away as I was not important. Stated she will watch cameras. Wait... customer first and always right. Not here. Burden of proof is on the customer. So I will prove it thru the Better Business Bureau, my Bank, and Attorney Generals Office with my proof and complaints I plan to file. Save your time and Money. You will wait over 45 mins to get wrong order, please see all other reviews they are all spot on. Proof attached in photo, per the GM request and basically called me a liar. Must be best practices for this McDonalds. The Owners have no clue or do not care about their customers. I'm sure you must be tired of losing customers. Root cause... Poor Leadership. The weekends are your busiest time.Better Planning for associates and the customer would help C-SAT. And bring business, not drive them away. Owners need to be in your investment more often. Uncover gaps and fix issues through proper Training and SOP's that are much needed. Not the associates or new hire's fault at all, it all falls on poor leadership as a whole and it shows.

  Worst McDonalds EVER ! Almost every single time we go the order is wrong . Very unprofessional staff , food rarely hot and it’s almost always wrong .It doesn’t matter if you order door dash , eat there or in the drive thru it’s consistently awful . Also last week, I went through the drive thru and ordered a new refresher , I gave the girl a 5 dollar bill and told her to put the change in the Ronald McDonald container outside the window , I watched the worker through my mirror drop in a single coin , could she have put it in later ? Maybe but didn’t appear that way . I’m not sure why the owners do not do something about management and staff here .

  I never seen such a dysfunctional McDonald’s as bad as this in my life. Always wrong orders, the frappe machine consistently never works, never have stuff in stock in middle of the day. This place should rebrand from McDonalds to McWorthless

  Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. I’ve been dumb enough to give them my business multiple times, due to it being local, but have never received my order without missing items or wrong items. Service is slow and I’m always pulled forward or into one of the spaces, which makes it even more inconvenient to have to enter the building to get your order corrected, which will happen. Yesterday is the last time I will give this McDonald’s my business.
