  I work 2nd shift and usually my options are limited for food when I clock out…With that being said I decided to get Arby's tonite but I felt bad because I wasn’t sure of the hours and I didn’t want to be “that person” And I know food service workers deal with a lot of different people thru the day and they want to get their shift over and go home as we alllll do!!! However I came across a young lady at the window and I apologized for coming so late and she was the sweetest girl!! Made me not feel so bad for coming so late, But then I forgot to ask for the condiments but when she brought me my food I once again apologized and told her what I needed and she had already put them in my bag 🤗🙌😂 She was very nice, kind and I hope that Arby's knows what a great employee they have!!! I didn’t catch her name but it was after 11:00pm July 16th lol need more workers like her

  French fries tasted old.cheese was everywhere except the roast beef sandwich just tasted old like it was left frm days ago

  Friendly service, got my food fast and it was as advertised.

  Had to pull up and wait about 15 minutes but food was piping hot and delicious. I will gladly wait for fresh hot food!

  We go here a lot. My daughters picked us up dinner tonight and the older blonde lady decided to be rude because they asked for sauces. My daughter, who is the nicest person in the world actually said the “f” word because she was so upset. I know it’s hard to find good help, but damn. Can’t anyone just do their job anymore without being a jerk? Everyone else that worked there was nice and helpful.. she needs to go.
