  My family and I recently visited this Pizza Hut, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Within about 20 minutes of arriving, we were repeatedly pressured to order before we were ready. After politely declining drinks and asking for time to review the menu, the interaction became confrontational. The server’s communication came across as passive aggressive, and he eventually cursed at me, which was completely inappropriate. The situation escalated when the manager, Adam Humphries, approached and insisted we order drinks and place our order immediately or leave. We explained we weren’t ready, but instead of offering professional customer service, management gave us an ultimatum: order or have the police escort us out. What made this worse was that the restaurant was basically empty. We weren’t disrupting anyone. To add to that, the salad bar was not open, which was disappointing. Guests should be treated respectfully, and reasonable time to review a menu should not be an issue. I encourage corporate or ownership to review this incident.

  Pan pizza was good. Didn’t have buffalo chicken for pizza.

  Pretty good pasta Alfredo when they get it right, I’ve gotten the pasta chicken Alfredo multiple times, some creamy and lovely, some dry and chicken not pleasant- I’ve tried those stuffed pizza rollers, never again. Also got the personal pan and it wasn’t very good, could get past one of those tiny slices.

  We use their drive thru service only. It's pretty good... although it sometimes gets quite backed up, and there apparently has no plan in placed to deal with it. They have pretty good pizza, but we love their boneless wings.
