  I Have an update from my previous 1 Star review. Mr Rali, who seems to be there franchise owner or head manager, arrived at my house this morning unexpectedly with all 3 different Toy Story boxes with my son along with free food. He was just so kind. He apologized and gave me a hug. He was so sincere and I really appreciated and needed that kind of kindness. If anything go to this papa John’s because their higher up management really and sincerely cares about their customers. Thank you so much again for your kindness and just all around having such a big heart. First I would like to point out that our driver is always great, but this store’s night time manager is very rude and has terrible customer service. They are advertising Toy Story themed personal pizza. I ordered one for my 4 year old who has been battling cancer so I try to do little things for him that just make him happy. He was so disappointed because the pizza was not themed at all and was placed in a regular box. I specifically had ordered it for him because of the theming because he really barely eats and I knew he probably wouldn’t even eat the pizza. I called to inquire about it and ask for a refund on just the personal pizza that was falsely advertised and the manager was very rude. He was sarcastic and just plain ignorant on the phone. Making comments like you are really asking for a refund because of the box. Then when no resolution was given other than buy another pizza, I advised that I was going to corporate and he stated you have fun with that and hung up. I literally buy pizza and wings from them every Sunday. So sad that people have no customer service skills and are just all around mean heartless people anymore.

  This is some of my favoritest pizza around. The crust is so good and it's even good cold. Thanks for the pizza father Johnathan

  This pizza is probably the worst franchise pizza in the country. The sauce is way to sweet, and I like a sweet sauce. That's what kills it. Need a second sauce. Are you listening Papa, probably not. And if you are, you probably don't care. The employees in the Calcutta store were very kind and helpful. But the pizza is just to nasty to buy again. Remember you need a second sauce.
