  I don’t know why everyone giving bad reviews about this place, must be U of M fans to be honest LOL!! Shoutout to Urban Meyer Pint house for always giving me the best service and the best food in central Ohio; was in here Sunday night, Nick was serving me!! Never felt more appreciated for his caring effort, I am happy to be here at urban Meyer pint house, food been great tonight!! Service been wonderful! Nobody been bothering me, I can eat my food in peace, I don’t feel tempted to spend more either! Shutout to Nick for his awesome service 😊😊 let’s get the ball rolling here on the reviews!! Coach went 7-0!! Nick was very friendly which I liked that about him, he asked me if I needed silverware & napkins & told him no, he still gave me those! Thank you nick for going over & beyond!!

  I just moved here so It was me and my boyfriends first time here. It seemed more layed back than the other bars because it was near empty (for a reason) so we went in for a singular drink around 10:00 pm on Saturday. To our surprise it was extremely hard to get one. The bartender sat on her phone behind the bar for the first 10 minutes we got there. She then comes up with little enthusiasm and takes our order. She makes one drink and completely forgets the other two. Another bartender came behind the bar and made one drink and the disappeared. The original bartender also disappeared for about 20 minutes leaving nobody behind the bar at all. This was genuinely one of the worst bars I’ve ever been to, apparently they just hire anybody.

  We’ve been going to Urban’s for years now, and the one thing that keeps us coming back is Paige, the bartender. She is fun, bubbly, and accommodating, not only to us, but everyone at the bar she serves! She is a true gem at Urban’s and deserves a raise!

  I placed a pick up order of just an appetizer it took 45 from the time I ordered it to the time they gave it to me. When I walked back home, they forgot to include all the dipping sauce plus I had paid extra for the extra beer, cheese sauce. This is my second time trying this place and I would say the first time was just about as good as this time not sure I’ll be back.

  We read reviews to this restuarant and wanted to try something new with friends. Boy were we disappointed. We made reservations and they didn't have a handicapped accessible table when we arrived, which was ok. The elevator was down so we had to enter through a different door, again ok. Then they put us at a booth, four people were in the booth and one was in the walkway in a wheelchair. She was constantly being bumped by others walking through. The rest of the dinner went downhill fast. We were not given menus when we were seated. Then our waitress asked us if we wanted menus and appeared shocked when we said yes. Ok, maybe people know what they want when they come to this restuarant. So to be clear, this place is a bar and not a restuarant. The music was very loud which is fine if you are not trying to talk to others at the table. Our waitress brought us water and only 4 glasses and again there was 5 in our party. We were told that there were not any glasses and the dishwasher was down. So there were not enough cups for water. But we were given plastic cups for drinks that we ordered. We ordered pretzels for the table as an app. The runner gave the table next to us the pretzels we ordered and the customers started to eat them. When the runner realized the mistake, she picked up the board the pretzels were on and started to put them on our table. We said, um no, someone ate off of those already. She acted as though we offended her. So she took them away and brought us uneaten pretzels. We ordered chicken wings, pizza, chicken sandwich and salad. The chicken wings were dry, overcooked and tasted disgusting. The pizza, chicken sandwich and salad were sub par. Needless to say, we will absolutely not be going back and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very disappointing. Update: The leftovers we took home did not reheat well. It was even more disgusting than when the food was fresh. Again, so very disappointing. Another update: I emailed management per the request of the feedback from the restuarant. It has been a week and no one has contacted me or responded. Clearly, none of the feedback we provided in the review is worth contacting the customer to get additional details or even acknowledge the email. Very poor customer service, it is no wonder our experience was so bad, this behavior starts from the top.
