  Food is awesome and service is always great, but idk why they don’t play the sound of a game when there’s a clear Cleveland playoff presence. Short North Pint House does, so it was a bummer when we got here and they weren’t. Also their speakers are out of synch and I’m gonna lose my mind with the music playing in two different rhythms. That all said, I didn’t ask for the sound to be changed so maybe they would’ve put it on if I did ask.

  Restaurants are in the service business first and the food business second. The places that understand that do well. This one doesn't. We came in as a small group expecting a relaxed night out. We never got that far. The manager was rude from the start, made requests of our group that didn't make sense, and made it clear we weren't welcome. Nobody tried to sort things out or make us feel like guests. I've heard the food is good. I can't tell you, because we never got ours. Good food doesn't matter if the people running the room treat customers like a problem. Plenty of places in Bridge Park know how to host a group. I'd go to one of those.

  My son and his friends are recent OSU graduates, and were really looking forward to seeing each other again. They are all 22, and most of them were from out of state, having flown in to meet up. Once at the bar, the bartender and staff insisted that their IDs were fake, proceeded to take them and then snapped them in half. 3 of those boys had to fly home! They even called the police, and once the police arrived and verified the IDs were real, there was no apology issued, nothing. This is unacceptable!!

  Three of my friends' valid, government-issued driver's licenses were snapped in half by the manager here. They had flown in from out of state, and it left them scrambling to find another way to get through airport security. Our group was pleasant and respectful until that moment. The bartender had been dismissive toward us from the start, and the staff insisted the IDs were fake. When staff said they were calling the police, we told them to go ahead, since the officers would see the IDs were real. They did. The police scanned all three, confirmed they were genuine, and told the restaurant. The staff's response was "oh." No apology, no accountability, and no offer to make it right. Police told us that pursuing legal action would cost more than replacing the IDs, plus court appearances in Dublin, so we let it go. The restaurant has since declined to take any responsibility. Checking IDs is fine. Destroying someone's property and then shrugging when police verify it's real is not. I'd recommend dining elsewhere.

  Refused real drivers licenses, then snapped them in half because they were adamant they were fake. The group was acting pleasant, normal and respectful before their identification was damaged. The actions the group took after this happened that may have been seen as disruptive were completely warranted, as anyone in their right mind would be upset with their real identification being unlawfully damaged and broken. The group peacefully obeyed and respected the establishment’s refusal of service. Police involvement was requested by the group themselves, and happily worked with them to confirm that the IDs involved were indeed real, not fake. This establishment acted extremely unprofessional, ignorant, rude, unhelpful, and unlawful. Would highly recommend other restaurants in the area!
