Sat outside but the table were dirty and the umbrellas were broken. Didnt take our order for over 25 minutes. Only got our initial water and had no refills. Food was okay but you could get the same food elsewhere with better service and seating.

I’d rate this higher but the service was soooo slow. The Good: Food was excellent. I had a blackened chicken salad with a couple of modifications and it was delicious and came out right! My coworkers each had fries and chicken- one a grilled chicken and the other the fried tenders. All had rave reviews. Service was friendly. The Meh: The service was slow. Like… really slow. Once the order was placed, the food came out quickly. But they were about 5 minutes late unlocking the door. Then they were still setting up the place. Guess they were running behind…It took quite some time for the waitstaff to take our orders. But the service was friendly- everyone was nice.

I honestly wish I could leave less stars, the worst food ever for everyone at the table. I understand this is bar food but they can't even get that right. The wings tasted like Tyson hormones and all, the Mac and cheese was disgusting, they couldn't even get the fries to taste good. Service was ok but the food makes me not wanna come back. 🤢🤮

In Dublin again for work 3rd year in a row. And this is my first stop here solely for the picture of their pepperoni pizza. Mind you all the other restaurants have pictures of their own pizzas, meh. But Pint House's looked the best. And wow, the pictures don't do it justice! It tastes wasay better then it looks in the pictures. And I mean, come on. That's a good looking pie. And the quickness of getting my food "to go" was as quick as it takes to finishing sipping on a Woodford Reservoir bourbon on the rocks. Will definitely be coming back here next year. And everything was very reasonably priced... on a side note: let me just add, porters and stout beers are not "seasonal". 🖖 see you next year!

This place is utter trash. If you're walking around the Bridge Park area, go to Local Cantina if you want to watch the big game. If you're just from around the area, go to Yogi's on Frantz Rd or Hard Rd. Yogi's is everything that this place is not. Firstly, the atmosphere at Urban's is sterile, lacks any character, and is reminiscent of a Hard Rock Cafe or Planet Hollywood - all hype, and no substance. But they managed to get a prime location in the Bridge Park location so by default, they will get traffic. Secondly, the service is trash. The servers are unfriendly, rude, and will do the bare minimum. Thirdly, they are cheap. No - not the prices - they are super overpriced and minimal portions, but they are cheap. Here's a great example: during football season last year, they ended the only reason any sane, rational person would ever patronize their restaurant: their Thursday 75-cent wing night, citing the "rising food prices" - now, perhaps they could have been patron-focused and kept it going through football season (nope) or simply changed it to dollar-wing night (nope) or at the very least, not kept it posted on their website for two weeks after they had ended it (nope). Also nevermind that Yogi's (a place which is always packed because they actually understand what customer service is) is currently doing dollar-wing days Sunday, Monday, and daily after 9PM despite the supposed "rising food prices". Hmm weird. The focus is never on the patron; it's about doing the bare minimum and relying on name recognition. Urban's is pure trash; literally go anywhere else.
