One of us spilled her coffee, and we made a simple request: an empty cup to transfer what remained, since the original was covered in sticky residue. The cashier refused, offered no explanation, and pointed us to a small water cup that was completely useless for the purpose. We explained ourselves calmly. She still refused. That exchange ruined our Sunday morning. This is not the first time we have dealt with unhelpful staff at this location. A replacement cup costs nothing. Losing loyal customers costs considerably more. If weekend staff cannot handle a basic, good-faith request with basic professionalism, that is a management problem. We will not be returning.

We only use the highest quality arabica beans which are custom blended & roasted to bring out the best in the beans' flavor, body, & acidity. Our founders, Wei & Lisa, grew up with many wonderful teas and used their knowledge & Asian heritage to select unique & exquisite-tasting teas from as far as China, Japan, India, S. Africa & Egypt.
