- RVRobin VirginMay 13, 20262.0I asked for a cup with my affogado so I could enjoy it while I was driving and they said it was against policy but they serve it in a bowl with a lid so I waited till I got home to use a cup at home and they gave me a cup of ice cream no espresso in it at all it cost me $20 for a bowl of Ice cream and a Matcha tea

We waited about 15 minutes after receiving the first drink before having to remind the staff about the second. They did not apologize for the delay.

- ESEmmanuela SlobodyanyukApr 15, 20261.0Worst employee, the employees were looking at each other as my mom with her broken foot asked them to fill her cup all the way, they both smiled and looked at each other, I spoke with the manger she’s on the employee side, I will be reaching out to cooperate on this issue and won’t let this go, As someone who worked with customer service, our number one was customer satisfaction but apparently them filling up more coffee Would of put them out of business, I will never come back to this place and will spread the word around about this place to go else where

We only use the highest quality arabica beans which are custom blended & roasted to bring out the best in the beans' flavor, body, & acidity.
