- WRWoefully RBX3 days ago1.0The restaurant is supposed to be 24 hours and it allowed me to place my order today for the drive thru 7/6 but the restaurant was closed. There were customers arguing outside asking other customers what the hold up was & people were honking outside waiting for their order. I don’t think there was any staff because no one ever came outside to assist.

- LMLee MinettJun 17, 20262.0What a sterile environment. It's clean and modern but the counter is relegated to what amounts to a cubicle, the kind of place you'd leave your coat at a club. The food was slow to come out and the reliance on tech is the only option for ordering. The staff were friendly enough, you can't expect fast food service people to be spitting rainbows. However, what really got me was so many things were out of stock, leading to a constrained meal.

Service is terrible, if you are the only car in line(drive through) you can still wait upwards of 10 minutes. There is no concern for customers. Food is slapped together and heaven forbid if you need to add or remove an ingredient. Employees, with the exception of a few, have poor attitudes. I have sat at the food window for several minutes without a single-"I'll be right with you" or " we are finishing up, just a minute" nothing, no greeting, just sit there with their tinted widow shut till they shove your food at you. Go here at your own peril. Needs better Management!
