  On 7/24 at 3:30p, we ordered at the drive-thru. The entire 5+ minutes we were waiting at the window, which was wide open, the crew was constantly dropping f bombs about how they didn't want to be there, what are you doing, amongst others. While that wasn't very unprofessional, that was the least of my problems. When I bit into my cheeseburger, something fell out. It was a small, white cube. I had to smell it to realize what it was...a piece of GUM. My family doesn't chew that kind and we realized it had to have come from them. We knew that going back to them would be pointless because we knew they wouldn't do a thing about it. I wrote to Team Holowicki about my experience and stated that I was NOT looking for any kind of compensation, I just wanted to let them know what happened. A couple of days later, I get an email back from them stating they don't own that restaurant but gave me a phone number. After googling it, I found out it was Team Holowicki. I stated I was confused, because here I was conversing with Team Holowicki, just to be told that they didn't own that restaurant, but here's the number for Team Holowicki. On 7/29, Nancy wrote, "Good Morning, This is a father/son organization. The father, Jim Holowicki, owns that particular restaurant. You have contacted the son's, Scott Holowicki, organization. Should you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me." I wrote back, "I see. I prefer to do everything by email. May I have his side of the organization's email? Or please forward my email to him and you can CC me. The gum issue is a serious matter as it was in my food and whoever dropped it didn't bother to look for it. Both sides of Team Holowicki should remind/coach their employees about this." In the nearly 3 weeks since, I haven't heard anything back.

  Our say that they are open 24 hours and confirmed by owner a few weeks ago…. Last week I go at 12 AM and I see workers in inside with the lights on and everything with three cars in the drive-thru waiting for 20 minutes as no one bothered to say anything through the speaker or tell us that they were not servicing at that point. I try to leave and drive around the building and I see a worker coming out and I ask him and he replied with an attitude saying “We have been closed for a while now and we didn’t see any cars waiting.”

  I never receive my entire order when coming to this McDonalds. There is always something missing, or incorrect, and actually have never received one sauce of the many times I’ve ordered from this location. Please fix your management and coach your employees.

  I asked for extra Max on my sandwich and boy did they deliver! It ran down both my hands clear to my wrists lol! And it was delicious! 😋

  Honestly, just been super upset with this McDonald’s lately. I go multiple times a week to get an iced coffee and it’s never good anymore. I pay extra for extra syrup or liquid sugar and I feel like it never has any flavor and it doesn’t even look like there’s any cream in it. Very disappointing To the fact that I’ve had to have them Remake the drink several trips.
