  I used the self check out which i am fine with but it don't give receipts well I need one for work so last 5 times I was in there the lady at the counter reprinted a receipt for me well today this was a different lady said she can't reprint receipts nothing she could do now I know she can she's just being lazy or not trained if she's not trained please train your employees managers . This is very disappointing I will probably not be back because I need a receipt for work they give me credit for food per day so getting a receipt is important Food was fresh and good but sadly I will have to find another location

  Used to be the best McDonald's around. Now the slowest McDonald's in Columbus. Got stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes and couldn't get out.

  The worst experience ever!!! I had a mobile order and they started to argue with me because they didn’t have the order which was weird because they had my name and everything but not the order. I had the receipt and everything. The manager started to yell at all me out nowhere , she started to say that she was gonna give my food for free so tha i could “learn my lesson” and I said “ my lesson about what” I was really calm I never yell and I was just really confused about why they were mean and why she was yelling and saying that I had to learn my lesson …when all I did was just ask for my food. They asked me to cancelled my order cause they were not going to give me any food and I said “oh I don’t know how to do that but why can’t i get my food I’m confused “ and another lady said “what do you mean she doesn’t know how to cancel the order? That’s weird tell her to give you the phone and we cancel it for her because we’re not giving her any food”. I was really confused about the whole situation I really don’t know why they got so agresive .. Thank god I was able to cancelled on my own and of course I left without saying anything. (Also she asked me if I spoke Spanish and when I said “yes” that’s when she started to yell even more but in Spanish) They were just the worst nobody should go to this location

  If I can give zero stars it most definitely will be a zero stars. How do I come through the drive-through just to get pancakes and bacon let’s not forget. They pulled me up to the reserved. Left me out here. Forgot that I was sitting out here for 10 minutes I walked in still my food wasn’t done so I said well can I at least get a hash brown for the for the wait? She said hash brown? and went on with her business that’s crazy. I get better treatment And service in the hood. Just terrible

  04-15-2026 8:40 pm i order from this location 2 big Mac meals and a 5 dollar McChicken meal after working a long 14 hour shift. I just wanted to take a load off and not cook for the night to be able to treat both of my youth children who requested to have McDonald's when I get off work . Upon arrival everything was ok restaurant was clean employee ladies were nice my issues is the manager the African American guy he has a very not so welcoming attitude towards me placed my cups on the counter when I went to grab the cups the cups had so much stuff in an out of the cups so I ask the other employee could I please have clean cups as she was bout to hand them to me he got upset and said it's just food on the cups! from me cooking showing me his hands as if I am supposed to just accept the cups and go bout my day I didn't want to cause an issue so I just said ok but deep down I wanted to let him know I just didn't want a cup with stains of food in the inside out I did receive new cups feeling horrible because I just want clean cups . I just grabbed my food from the counter and left just to get home to see my medium French frie to the big mac meal wasn't placed in the bag I just took it as a loss and didn't reach out because I didn't want to deal with the guy piss poor attitude . I will not be back to this location at all . I do believe he is a very hard worker but the way he communicates is awful
