She threw them like they were a deck of cards. and had zero customer service skills. The chef was acting in a hurry. Defeats the purpose of the experience we’re paying for.

Shrimp was so over cooked and OVER salted prior to adding the soy sauce I could not eat (and I ordered 2 portions to share with my son). He got all my protein. Ordered the egg yolk sauce and it was a dollop not a portion. Price was good for amount of food, but only if you could actually eat the food you ordered. Would be a while before returning because of the food quality.
