    Have been customers here for approximately 5 years or so, but after this weekends dinner or lack there of, we will not be back. Called ahead to inquire on seating, they only seat and serve a table of 10 to 12 at a time. Lady on the phone was rude and abrupt and unwilling to answer questions. Went in for dinner against better judgement and got seated within a half hour. Waiter came around after 10 minutes or so and took drink orders. Drinks were never refilled. Waiter came back to take soup and salad orders, seemed disinterested. Took food orders from table, I was ordering a split plate with extra protein and extra sprouts, so went over the order a couple times. We got a split plate no extra protein and also order 2 sushi rolls. We did not get the rolls until the chef was halfway through cooking service. Another couple at our table seemed to have issues ordering and confirming orders. This was then proved when the chef didn't have half of what they ordered, causing him to run away from the grill with food on it to get items from the kitchen. This seemed to fluster the chef and it showed in the his presentation, food quantity, and shaking hands. There was half an egg worth of shell in the fried rice, half the table saw the egg shell getting included. The veggies sat and cooked in one spot unmoving for about 15 minutes, and were then served burned on one side raw on the other. Veggies were served after meat was cooked and served. All was served on rice that was half burnt half undercooked and crunchy with burnt egg shell. Finally the chef loads the grill with bean sprouts, then immediately begins serving them, maybe 30 sec on the grill. Had to speak up at point in the comedy of errors. Chef didn't recognize anything was wrong, then offered to cook us more sprouts, despite our plates being covered in raw sprouts covering poorly cooked food. Chef brought concerns to waiter. Waiter brought concerns to manager whilst telling us it wasn't his fault he just works here. Manager came out and offered us 10 percent off my wife's portion of dinner, which we refused, we had barley touched our hibachi due to quality issues and had no plans of taking home. They eventually gave us 50 percent off on entree and 10 percent for the table as every person at the table had issues with food quality, chef cooking, waiter attitude, and management response. Still not happy and will not be back in any case. Will find different hibachi despite this restaurant being 3 minutes from my home, it's not like the food is cheap, shouldn't be paying for servive and food like this

    Great hibachi great sushi. We drive over an hour and pass at least 2 other japanese steak houses to come to this one. Best food in my opinion!!

    Stood waiting with my disabled partner for almost 10 minutes after multiple employees looked right at us, after finally being seated, we were sat in the corner, we didn’t want to sit on a corner and seeing how we were the first at the table I feel like we should get to pick where we sit. Well then some rude little dude with an attitude named Rick (so he says) came all sideways saying we need to move over and if other people didn’t show up we could move. Bud it’s 8:30pm dinner rush is over. Long story short we walked out and we won’t come back again! And I’ll screenshot this review in case you try to hide it, I’ll make sure it comes back. Absolutely disgusting service.
