    I used to order from this JJ weekly. I think they had a delivery driver at my office at least once a day. When they changed from "freaky fast" to "freaky fresh", I didn't think that meant that what used to take 15-20min would now take an hour. On top of that, the sandwich was about 90% bread. They're skimping on all ingredients now. The delivery took so long that the ice in my drink had all melted. Who doesn't love watered down warm Coke? I complained on their website. They assured me that a rep from the location would be reaching out to me but they never did. I assume they know that the decision was a poor one and just don't care at this point. I think the age of "freaky fast" has died and JJ is going to die along with it. People don't give you another shot when your deliveries start taking 4x as long as they used to.

    They never seem to be able to get even the simplest orders right, like serving a toasted sub from their own menu actually toasted. The service is consistently disappointing.

    Can't seem to get some simple order changes right on an italian. Can't say it's been a one off thing either. Costs too much anymore to let easily correctable mistakes slide. Don't order here as much anymore because of it. However, when they do get it right I feel like Jimmy John's in general has really quality sandwiches.

    We ordered 4 sandwiches from this location at 11:30. They were delivered to us at 12:40. When we called the guy was extremely rude and short. Neither him nor the delivery driver apologized. One of the drinks we had ordered had spilled and was only 3/4 of the way full. Driver didn't apologize for that either An apology goes a long way! Here's the thing. I was a server & bartender for 15 years. I know all about being slammed during peak hours so normally I wouldn't leave a complaint but my sister is a GM in Arizona for Jimmy John's and she was shocked! I honestly don't think I will order again from this location.
