My order took much longer than expected, and when I received it, it was missing items that I had paid for. I tried to get the issue resolved, but the customer service wasn’t very helpful, and I left feeling frustrated. The restaurant also wasn’t very clean, and the overall experience didn’t meet the standards I expected. I hope the management works on improving order accuracy, customer service, and cleanliness so future customers have a better

As a ex chipotle manager I believe there is a management problem this is my local chipotle and they pretty much made me never want chipotle again after time and time of experiencing the same problem they do not season their food ….the rice and meat and beans are always cold they have one of the slowest moving chipotle lines in the us …i literally gave up on chipotle it was so bad I thought maybe they had major recipe change …until I tried another chipotle in another town chipotle still makes good food ….its just this location the works more managers try to go over and beyond to make sure the food is good and hot …you can tell they do not taste the food they cook I would not feed this to my dog

I used to live next to the chipotle in Grandview and it was my absolute favorite place to go to, always clean and good portions. This was so extremely disappointing, it was so dirty there was food all over the floor and the kitchen was dirty. The employees were so skimpy they skimped on everything (something I rarely experienced at the Grandview chipotle) and if I asked for more they had so much attitude. I’m so disappointed that this is now my local chipotle I’ll probably never return
