  Not a great experience. Ordered for pick up. Missing dressing for my salad, was told it was out of stock which happens 75% of the time. Fountain drinks were not restocked and were just carbonated water. Ordered chocolate milk for my kid but got white milk. Gave us spoons in our bag instead of forks.

  This is our local chipotle and is always pretty disappointing, but especially today when the guac was pretty much brown, most chips were stale, and every single time I have been to this location they have been out of multiple things that make the bowl enjoyable for me, like vinaigrette for example. I won’t be giving my money to this Chipotle any longer. This is also my only google review, but I am so frustrated with the quality of this location that I had to leave one.

  Just picked up dinner 5/7 at 5:30pm. Ordered a bowl and kids taco. The bowl was terrible, rice was bland and clumpy. The chicken had no flavor and the corn salsa was just not good. I don’t know if it was one thing or the mix, but it just tastes bad. The chips we recieved had zero salt. I know they are hit or miss sometimes but they had no salt and just tasted like cardboard. I have been to this location before and it’s been fine.

  This was one of the worst experiences at chipotle. My rice was crunchy, steak was dry, veggies weren’t completely cut, and giving very little steak. There was no flavor to anything and half of my chips were stale. This location has always been good but here in the last couple years has been getting worse and today was the worst I’ve ever had. Most likely not going back to that location.

  It was not on time, very poorly packaged, dropping all over the bag, no name written on each order, no napkins and cutlery was added, add on salsa was missing. Small portion of chicken, I could literally count like only 3 pieces on each order. Had these kind of issues before as well when I reported they just added some complimentary drinks on next order. Highly unsatisfied. Extremely disappointed. When tried to contact them AI takes over and keep repeating to place the order online or report online. I reported on their site, there is another issue they want only JPEG or PNG images and only 1.1 MB, had to convert to meet their requirements. Very frustrating.
