  Went to pay and they pulled their credit card terminal away from me and took my card. They asked what tip I wanted to give, manually calculated it and then swiped my card. When I asked if their tap was broken they replied "that's just our preference". When I told the clerk NOT to do that because of the security risk, they claimed it was owner policy to avoid fees. They're either masking how much they pay out in tips, the owner is holding back tips and doesn't want it explicitly written on the reciept and/or they're avoiding merchant fees (words of the guy running the register). The problem with this is swiping a card is the least secure way to do a credit card transaction. There have been major credit card breaches because of this when a skimmer is installed or the merchant's termknals get hacked. Hand your credit card to this business at your own risk. This policy is wreckless and NOT the business standard anymore. UPDATE 6/8/2026: Was contacted by the corporate office and got a call from the owner. Both listened to my concerns and pledged to address the problem.

  Bagel was under cooked. I had the bacon avocado w/ egg white and some kind of red sauce. Not pleasant

  Meu marido me levou para tomar café lá e simplesmente queimaram minha bagels e me entregaram assim mesmo. Agora ele comprou um pacote de bagels e vejam, fizeram um mistura com bagels que quase não tem cobertura. Decepcionante!

  I love their bagels, especially the everything bagel. Great sandwiches too.
