  Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill with the service. I’ve been coming here since the old Dublin location, has been a family favorite for many, many years. The people they hire just don’t seem to care about their job or the product anymore. A young man with glasses greeted us and asked how we were doing, when we asked how he was, his response, “I cannot wait to get out of here”. Not a good start. I wanted a bagel with cream cheese and veggies. He cut the cucumber so unevenly, I asked him to remove the thick slices. I also wanted pickle on it. Usually they slice it longways into thin slices, he did huge chunks. It doesn’t take a scientist to know that will be hard to eat and the bagel sandwich will fall apart. He seemed annoyed I was trying to tell him how to correctly slice a pickle. The vibe here is not it. The Bruggachino was not good, it used to be my favorite drink. Train your employees better and hire people who take pride in their job.

  Food was yummy and everyone seemed nice however when my partner asked about vegetarian options the staff seemed flustered. Lewis who helped us with an avocado spread everything bagel seemed confused(Not spread and only on one side) the veggies were cut very thick. Hoping for a better experience next time. Thank you

  The Vermonter was awesome! Freshly toasted bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. Delicious. The service was friendly and fast. Coffee was perfect. If you want a quick breakfast in a pinch, or anytime, this is the place to go.
