  I came through Arby's drive through a few weeks ago, and encountered the RUDEST older/short/ grey haired lady on a Saturday afternoon. She was already being nasty from the moment the window opened by the way she handed us our food. Basically throwing it as us...My husband, and I are just young professionals that were hungry heading to the gym later, and Arby's sounded delicious after not having it in years, and years! We ordered 2 Roast Beef Sandwiches, and a Value Meal. I ask for BBQ sauce at the speaker, and then when checking the order it was all horseradish. I ask for BBQ, and she gave me 1!!!!!!!!!!! She became argumentative, and nasty. Saying we only give 1 per order. Are you kidding me? She handed me 1 for 3 sandwiches! We will never be back EVER again to another Arby's! You people are so EVIL, and RUDE! I can't even believe it this behavior is acceptable to any human in the USA! Just awful Arby's!!! Awful!!!!!

  Average at best. Service was fine, but they were out of ham and didn't know until I ordered. Buffalo chicken sandwich was meh.

  I went to go pick up an order. Miss Tracy, it says assistant manager on her name tag was very rude. I didn’t even get to ask or say my name for the order that I’m picking up. She just said not you! Very rudely. I went to ask again. She shook her head and said no. I waited about five minutes or so and my order was sitting there the entire time. This is not customer service. She is very, very rude and not only to me, but to every person that was waiting for their order
