- MCMilk and CookiesApr 20, 20261.0Horrid. Every single time I come here, the order is wrong. Shame on me, I guess. Needless to say, this was my last straw... we ordered a four-pack of cookies, a sandwich, a half sandwich, and a new salad stuffer. The pack of four was missing a cookie so we only had three, the sandwich had the wrong kind of bread, the half sandwich was more like a quarter sandwich, and the salad stuffer was literally just a salad. Quite literally, nothing was correct. This place would be worth more if it were bulldozed to the ground and used as an undeveloped field of grass and wildflowers. Whatever you do, for the love of all that is holy, do NOT go here. I would sooner recommend any other restaurant on this street than Panera. If you enjoy watered-down beverages, sticky floors, lumpy booths, poor service, and not getting the food you ordered, you can't get here fast enough!

Ordered 2 sandwiches with $25 gift card and had to put another $.78 on a credit card. No instructions on what happens next, long wait. While waiting the kitchen staff were is a loud inappropriate conversation about all the men that tried to pick him up at the gay bar. How “ sweaty” he was… etc. in full voice loud enough to carry out to the dining area. Not an appetizing experience for those eating I’m sure. Never ate at a Panera and would never choose it again. Sandwich not great.
