  I stopped by here for a quick lunch, but it was unfortunately a pretty subpar experience. My sandwich was served cold, which was really disappointing, and the dining area did not look like it had been cleaned in quite a while. It felt like they were really understaffed, and the service was just slow and unorganized. I usually enjoy a quick meal here, but this visit just wasn't up to standard.

  Just picked up lunch for my kids here today. I decided not to check my order figuring it would be fine since I only ordered 3 sandwiches and few curly fries. But I was wrong. When I got home there was a beef and cheddar missing and two cups of the cheese sauce for the fries. Also, the other beef and cheddar was cold so not sure it was just sitting on the counter for an hour. How hard is it to make 3 sandwiches and a few fries and put them in a bag. I called them and Katelyn told me that I would have a credit if and whenever I decide to go back to this Arby's again.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my visit to Arby's today was a complete letdown. That moment when you reach for your first French fry—it's supposed to be that perfect, hot, crispy bite. Instead, it was lukewarm, soggy, and practically flavorless. Honestly, if a fast food place can’t get fries right, what else can they mess up? I won’t be back.
