    The worst place to order from. Excessive waiting time in the drive-through — over 30 minutes and we hadn’t even placed our order yet. Once you’re stuck in line, you can’t even leave. Completely unacceptable service. If negative stars were possible, this place would get -3 stars.

    Probably the worst drive thru on the face of this planet. Guaranteed to wait a minimum of 30 minutes just to order your food and an additional who knows how long to receive it. Don’t waste your breath with this place.

    This place is honestly pretty bad. My first time coming here wasn’t that great but atleast got my food and got out but wasn’t made properly. This last visit oh my god. I ordered online at 2:30am thinking that’ll give em enough time to make it and do what they need to do. I pull up at 2:50am. There’s 8 cars in the drive through and clearly 2 workers working. It was taking roughly 5-10 for each order to pump out. I was in the drive thru through line for 35 minutes…. Also the screen went black and you couldn’t even read the menu cause they said “yeah cause we close soon the screen automatically turns off”…. Yall are supposed to close at 5am…. 2hrs more to go is soon enough to shut off the menu? Than when I finally got my food it was incorrect and sloppily made. I got a cheesy bean and rice burrito, it was folded like a little square and had no rice in it. And they forgot my modified soft supreme taco with chicken. Luckily the drive thru was cleared and I went back and said “I just ordered and I’m missing my supreme soft taco modified with slow roasted chicken and my cheesy bean and rice burrito was made sloppy and wrong”. He said “yeah we ran out of rice and that’s why I put extra beans in there, I can make you the same burrito but we don’t have rice, and we will get that taco for you”. I said “just forget about the burrito I’ll just deal with it can I get my taco”. I finally got my taco and IT WAS NOT MADE RIGHT!!!!! I wanted to scream. There was no sour cream, no cheese, no tomatos. Just chicken and lettuce. I wasted 50minutes being here dealing with a literal $12 order….. yall need to figure something out to deal with this cause it’s bad. Also guess what…. I reported it on the app and all Taco Bell could do for me was give me a $5 off my next order…… I should have gotten my whole meal for free on top of a $5 off thing because waiting 50minutes for incorrect sloppy food is INSANE.

    This is quite literally the worst service I have EVER seen in my life. The workers are singing, dancing, and laughing and taking their sweet time while people, including my friends and I, have been waiting for 1 hour+. The lady with red hair is doing absolutely NOTHING. If any high up district manager or higher sees this, you really need to reassess keeping this store open. I’m a manager in food service and I would fire just about every one that works here. Wow.

    I came through on 4/24/2026 at about 9:15 pm. With 4 cars in front of me, I finally made it to the window at 9:49 pm. The important piece to know is that the delay was due to circumstances beyond their control (a technology issue). They were upfront about this as soon as you arrived to the speaker. They were pleasant, and were moving as quickly as the situation allowed them to. There is one gentleman, in particular, who is often working the window. He has a dark complexion, and keeps his hair secured with a covering (food service). He is always so kind and helpful, regardless of how busy they are. That guy truly deserves a raise. He shows up, works hard, and makes customers feel good about their experience. The only thing I wish would change is that you could exit the drive thru line if there is a lengthy wait. Once you’re in there, you’re stuck. But that nobody’s fault- it’s just the way the parking lot is designed.
