- TCTravis Campbell2 days ago1.0Not quite sure who the GM of this location is but your employees told me to reach out about my concerns because apparently they didn’t have time last night. My wife and I order 2 pizzas, I walk in to pay as they’re getting finished, and happen to watch my pizza fall off the conveyor belt in front of my face while 6 employees are manning the floor (1 cashier, an actual 5 others folding pizza boxes and hitting each other with them). Obviously when I was told it was my pizza, I questioned how is it even possible no one was there to catch my pizza when you’re actually overstaffed and not busy because again, pizza boxes fight in front of my face. Asked if there was a discount for the inconvenience and was told immediately no, and on top of that some guy in there with long hair (possibly a manager, no one would own up to who the actual manager was) said it was wild of me to ask for any kind of compensation because I paid in cash? Kinda blew my mind because I figured currency is currency? So yeah if you’re the GM at this location you should probably find someone of the 6 people there last night to catch a pizza off of the conveyor especially when there’s actual customers standing there and pizzas are falling in front of our faces
