  I've tried their French Onion soup and it was delicious, the girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful, she offered fan favorite sandwich with meat, and it went well with onion soup, everything was fresh as they advertise. My kids love Panera and I should visit them more often.

  Placed an online order for drive-thru pickup and arrived at the window at 4:32 PM on May 7th. The employee opened the window and stared at me like I had just interrupted her life's most important moment and hit me with a very enthusiastic "yes?" No hi, no hello, no "how can I help you" — just a blank stare and one word. Truly a masterclass in customer service. To that employee: so sorry you had to endure the absolute horror of someone showing up to collect the order they placed. There is always hope — perhaps a career that doesn't require interacting with humans is out there waiting for you. Fingers crossed.
