- RNRyan NicholsJun 28, 20261.0Pulled into the second lane of the drive thru and two cars in the first lane were were asked for their orders before we were even greeted. Finally after about 10 minutes we were asked to place our order. 8 more minutes of waiting to get to the window with only 2 cars in front of us. We were asked to pull to the side to wait since we only ordered chicken nuggets and pies. We waited for 10 minutes and still no one came to give us our order. My spouse went inside to try to get our order or at least check on it and watched as they gave our order to someone in drive thru. The customer in drive thru came inside and gave me my order since it was obviously not theirs (which at this point, is a serious food violation). If they can't staff people for this location, they should just close it. Ridiculous.
- KCK CJun 22, 20261.0Horrible management service received frozen fries asked for a refund. The manager, Amber threw the food at my car and the police ended up getting involved. She also would not issue the refund after all food was returned. I will be filing a complaint with the health department for receiving uncooked food and also a complaint with corporate. This is unacceptable behavior for asking for a refund

I went through the drive thru to see what is going on with my order and they handed it right to me! Idk what is going on with this location but this happens about 90% of the time. I wasn't very happy I was waiting for along time and had to pull around just to get handed my order doesn't make sense to me.
