I have had multiple orders from this location made with dairy milk when milk alternatives have been requested! P.S. - I've worked in food chemistry, I know what settled oatmilk looks like in a product.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues with our order. We ordered a blueberry cream cheese croissant but received a blueberry muffin instead. When we asked about heating up a donut, the staff member said he couldn’t because it would be too messy, which was a bit disappointing. On top of that, the wrong item ended up being heated. Overall, the food quality was solid in parts, but the service and order accuracy could definitely use some improvement.
