If I wanted chicken tenders I would go to canes. Huge mistake for their restaurants to stop serving their bone in chicken. I’d love an explanation as to why they’ve stopped serving their good traditional food. I was so excited to have a bojangles near me, but not anymore. They’d get my business if they sold regular fried chicken. Bad idea and super disappointing.

On the way home from Cuyahoga Valley, my partner and I stopped at this restaurant to try Bojangles for the first time. The cleanliness struck me and I even remember making a comment about it when walking in. The bathrooms were clean as well. When we told our server Matt that it was our first time at a Bojangles, he went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience. The food came out almost as soon as we were done ordering which was a welcome surprise. From someone with years of experience in the service industry, Matt's service is on par with expensive five-star hotels. The food was excellent. The chicken tender's texture was soft and juicy and the skin was fried to perfection. Paired with their house ranch, I believe they were the best chicken tenders I've ever had. If I HAD to say something negative about the food, I would say that the fries could be more consistently shaped. I found myself having some very crispy fries and some less so. This opinion is subjective and is just a very tiny critique. Obviously, other people's experience may differ and my experience may differ if I were to go again. However, I was just so blown away by this specific experience that I think an extensive review was warranted. I hope you guys continue to keep up the great service, food, and cleanliness. Thank you for a great time.
