  Great experience coming to this shop, Kenzie was a huge help in finding me what I needed by explaining each option to me very thoroughly while keeping the line moving on a somewhat busy day she is very fast, very efficient and great with customers, she is awesome will definitely be coming back to see her soon! Thank you Kenzie! Raise is needed for her ASAP!

  The other day I stopped into 7 Brew after having a genuinely terrible day. I was tired, stressed, and honestly just wanted to grab a drink and go home, but when I pulled up to the window, Josie immediately complimented the T-shirt I was wearing, and it was such a small thing but it genuinely made me smile for the first time all day. She was so sweet, asked me how my day was, made conversation while I waited, and somehow made me feel like I wasn’t just another person coming through the drive-thru. By the time I left, my mood had completely changed. It sounds dramatic to say that getting a coffee turned my day around, but you really never know what someone is going through, and Josie’s kindness meant more to me than she probably realized. The drink was amazing, but the customer service was even better. 10/10 experience give Josie a raise!!

  We were visiting the Columbus area & came upon 7Brew Coffee in Delaware OH. We had never been exposed but we decided to try. What a GREAT find! Your barista Josie Budic was extremely helpful in explaining everything about 7Brew & was so pleasant to work with. She has transformed us to be regular visitors as we hunted a location near us in Westlake Ohio. She should be promoted for her knowledge & fabulous attitude!

  I absolutely love 7 Brew! The drinks are always so good, and the employees are genuinely the sweetest and most welcoming. The service is always fast, the atmosphere is so fun, and everyone is always super friendly. You can tell the employees actually care about making your experience a good one. Definitely one of my favorite places to get a drink! 🤍

  Coffee is delicious, way better than its competition Starb***s, employees are kind. My only beef is that I do not want to give you my phone number in order to get a coffee. I got an “Ooook” when I said no thank you, we don’t do that. Please stop asking for my personal information just to buy a coffee. People do not want you having all that to make a simple purchase.
