  I ordered an oat milk latte, the girl took the order brought the product out, and she said “here is your mocha” I was like wait a minute I said latte. Turns out she heard mocha latte. So I corrected her, she brought product back and told me she will correct it. Couple minutes later she brought product back. After I drive away, took a slip, did not taste right, open up the cup, yeah it is still a mocha alright. Like what hack? Heard order wrong, told me you will fix it, then come back out lie to my face saying you did, but it’s the same drink? Like you think I am just being a hard customer? I wanna LATTE! Not MOCHA! It’s two completely different products! Not oh it’s too sweet it’s too hot problem. And I want oat milk cause I get bad diarrhea if drinking regular milk! Only took one slip is enough to upset my stomach. How about turn down your music so you can actually hear customers’ order? And maybe not be so lazy when you know you messed up actually redo it rather than walk in wait couple minutes and walk back out with same product! And I even give her a tip, wish can get my money back.

  Rarely get the order right. I order a large. They bring a medium. I ask for the large I ordered. They take it back in dump it into a large cup and add more ice to fill the cup. I don’t remember the last time I went through and they did anything right.

  Leaving a 5 star review for the drinks and the staff is very up beat. Issue is orders need taken in the order vehicles pull in. Especially when busy. Not go down one side and get 5 cars then go down other side and get 2 then back to other side for 3 more. Just go back and forth. It was busy but need to fix

  As a member of the middle aged white woman club, I Love me a good flavored coffee, energy drink, and fizzy drinks . 7 brew has the most flavors , that is completely customizable to anyone's taste, want it super sweet you got it , want it less sweet you got it , want 20 pumps of 20 diff flavors , you got it . Want sugar free options, you got it ! They have something for everyone . The girls working there are always friendly, kind, efficient and promptly greet the cars, take the order , and bring the drinks . Service is fast but friendly .

  A lot of the workers here were just simply rude. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, there’s always a problem with trying to redeem your free drink too. I also got a dirty look from the worker when they didn’t have my order? Acted like it was my fault. I work in retail so I get the stress you endure during your job but “cultivating kindness” is not what’s happening at this 7 brew. I have never had a bad experience with any other brew but this one and this was the 2nd time in a row.
