  Went to Taco Bell tonight the lobby was closed at 945 so we had to go through the drive thru I understand they have goals for the times but we was looking to see what we wanted because I wanted something different then just a taco and the last Kaitlyn B was rude we ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos and she only rang up One and when we said something at the window she acted like we was an inconvenience to her when she didn’t ring it up right it’s crazy if you don’t like your job maybe find a new one or listen to what ppl are saying and stop rushing the customers

  Been sitting here 10 mins for a door dash order a the MANGER is telling customers that her staff isn’t good at their job apologizing for them. Instead of helping !!! Sat in the bathroom for for about 5 mins such a crapy environment. Will be contacting corporate!!!
