- PWPayton WellsJul 1, 20263.0Normally the service is good here and they deliver it pretty fast, I ordered a few hours ago and set it for 7:15. I called to make sure they got my delivery order and he told me yes. Called again because it’s going on 7:30 and still no pizza she proceeded to tell me “well we have no delivery drivers right now”. I don’t understand why I didn’t get told this the first time. So my pizza has been sitting for almost 40 minutes and is no more than likely cold. Please train and do better 🙃

- CCColleen ChaneyApr 9, 20261.0I would actually give them a negative number.I ordered a pizza over the phone on sunday.It was never delivered.So I called.She hung up on me but told me to call grub hub.I have no idea why I would call them.So I didnt.But I did call customer service.The number that is posted on line.I have called every day for 6 days.No resolution.She told me to call the store.So I did.Again she hung up on me.I have never had such poor service.They told me I would get a refund.I called my bank its not there.I guess its the manager of the local store that keeps hanging up on me.Im not really sure.I spent 35$ on that pizza.They had no problem taking the money.Meanwhile Im still waiting on that refund
