    There food has been very poor for a while now. Got a chicken snack wrap and the tortilla was as hard as a rock. The prices have skyrocketed yet the food isn't being freshly prepared. I know the worker felt how hard the tortilla was and still served.

    Can't follow simple instructions. Asked for no ranch, got ranch and wrapper was marked no ranch and receipt was also. Asked for lite kraut, got no kraut and receipt was marked lt kraut.

    Went there tonight 4/24/26 around 9:15 pm and there was a hair in my french fries. So disgusting. And the bathrooms there might be some of the nastiest I have ever seen.

    Ordered online food was ready within 5 minutes. Hot and fresh. Service was friendly. Dining area could have used a sweeping.
