  Waited a half hour in the lobby and was given cold food. Update: we asked them to remake our food, they did, but told us, “I knew I should’ve called off. If I don’t see the order and y’all wait, it’s on y’all” Extremely rude and unprofessional.

  The food was fine. It's taco bell, it was on par. My issue is with sauce packets. I know these don't cost that much. And yet, there were NONE for my food. When I asked for some "Hot", I was given THREE (3) sauce packets, and they were "Fire". No better way to make your customers feel like YOU think they are thieves. Are people taking home bags of sauce? Be so for real. Yes, this is enough to make me travel an extra mile to a different Taco Bell.

  Cameras everywhere. No sauce. No utensils No napkins out on the condiments table. They act like the sauce packets are a privilege.

  How you gonna charge me over a dollar for extra sour cream and give me none...next time ill go somewhere else and probably won't get incompetence!!!
